iFightDepression® Online-Training

The iFightDepression® tool is a guided, internet-based self-management programme for patients with milder forms of depression (mild to moderate depression and subclinical depression). It combines elements of cognitive behavioral therapy and the latest findings from depression research. The tool can be used to complement the patient's regular treatment or while waiting for a therapy place as a supplementary treatment module guided by a doctor or therapist who has gone through the online-training.

In the online-training for the iFightDepression® tool, as a doctor or therapist, you will learn how to integrate the tool into your daily work and make it available to your patients in four consecutive modules with a total length of about 70 minutes. In addition to basic information on depression, the training offers a guided online tour through the tool. You can complete the e-learning modules at your own pace and leave the training in between and continue lateron. You will receive your personal access to the tool and a certificate, and will officially assist your patients when using the tool. To receive your login data or in case of questions, please contact ifd-online-training@eaad.net.
